Pursuant to Article 13 of the Insurance Consumer Defense and Protection Regulations, consumer service shall be provided through the Insured’s Defense Center located within the offices of the Association of Private Insurers (AAP).

The Insured’s Defense Center (CDA) shall operate under the Internal Regulations for Insurance Consumer Service approved by the Board of Directors of the AAP.

The CDA is located in Rohrmoser, 2nd floor of the La Nunciatura Corporate Center, 100 meters south of the International Bookstore on Rohrmoser Boulevard, direct phone number 2291-0315, email clienteseguros@aap.cr, hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
